Looking for the girth god. PLEASE

I’m currently 7.0 BPEL and only a Meir 4.5 EG. I am solely interested in GIRTH gains only but if I get any extra length during the effort I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth. :) My reason for PE is to improve a already great sex life with my wife. She’s a small woman at 5’0” and 100 lbs. But there’s times in certain positions where we just can’t ‘feel each other’ which may be from her being over lubed, but it bugs the heck out of me, and I’m certain more girth will improve that. She never complains and loves our intimacy but that’s the kind of killer woman I’m married to. She wouldn’t complain if it did bother her. That alone makes this mission so important.
After completing the Newbie routine in a few months what direction do you guys think I should go to focus on just girth?
I hear mixed opinions on which is easier to achieve, length or girth. What’s the consensus on this? Or is it different for every individual? My goal is just 5.5” EG but that’s a long way from 4.5” EG. How big of a hurdle do you guys think this is going to be to achieve a full inch in EG? Am I dreaming?
