Hi guys, brand new to PE’ing. Great site.great information! Thank you!

I’m currently 7.0 BPEL and only a Meir 4.5 EG. I am solely interested in GIRTH gains only but if I get any extra length during the effort I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth. :) My reason for PE is to improve a already great sex life with my wife. She’s a small woman at 5’0” and 100 lbs. But there’s times in certain positions where we just can’t ‘feel each other’ which may be from her being over lubed, but it bugs the heck out of me, and I’m certain more girth will improve that. She never complains and loves our intimacy but that’s the kind of killer woman I’m married to. She wouldn’t complain if it did bother her. That alone makes this mission so important.

After completing the Newbie routine in a few months what direction do you guys think I should go to focus on just girth?

I hear mixed opinions on which is easier to achieve, length or girth. What’s the consensus on this? Or is it different for every individual? My goal is just 5.5” EG but that’s a long way from 4.5” EG. How big of a hurdle do you guys think this is going to be to achieve a full inch in EG? Am I dreaming?

Just follow the newbie routine. You can gain most of what you need from it. When you are more conditioned or when you stop gaining, look into horse sqeezes. Very effective for shaft girth.

A full inch of girth is a long stretch but if you are persistent and consistent you will eventually reach it.

Jelqing, squeezing, and clamping are all very good girth exercises. Some people would add pumping to the list, but I have little experience with pumping and some guys say the girth gains aren’t permanent. But since you are just starting out, I recommend you go with the newbie routine for a couple of months before hitting the girth work. It’s important to condition your penis before assaulting it with really intense exercises.

I gained 1.1” of girth during my first year of PE. Most of this was within the first 4 months. I actually stopped doing certain exercises because I was concerned my girth was getting too big! I could probably gain more girth if I wanted to (I peaked at 6.2” and have since dropped back to 5.9 or 6 MSEG—voluntarily).

That is not typical, and I consider myself lucky in this regard (even though my only real goal has ever been length and that has been a real bitch for me.).

So my recommendation is to start with the newbie routine. After a couple of months add more jelqs, and do them more intensely. After a while longer, add some tight squeezes. Learn to kegel. Kegeling greatly intensifies girth work. I used to kegel on every jelq stroke and any time I squeezed. It makes a huge difference.

I recommend you avoid clamping if you can. It’s a little riskier than the other exercises and may not be necessary.

Actually your 1.1” girth gains are awesome and very inspiring, especially in the first 4 months. Was most of that from the newbie routine of just jelqing, stretching, and kegels or did you do something else?

Everybody’s different, I can do 3 mins of totally flaccid jelqs and wake up the next morning 1/4 in thicker. Length gains are harder to achieve for me. Your long and thin so girth will probably come slower. Modesto offered some sound advice.

I don’t think there is much debate on what is easier to achieve.

Adding 2” of length is possible for some guys who are really dedicated over a number of years, quite a few members have achieved that.

I’m not sure of any/many who have added 2” of girth?

From looking at many stats girth seems to increase at best at a ratio of 50% of length gains.

That said I think you can add 1” of girth with work over a long period. It all depends what sort of “gainer” you are.

Many believe you should look to complete your length goal, then focus on girth.

Personally I’d say stick with the newbie routine, then as stated start Ulis, clamping, horses and continue jelqing at higher erection levels as well as squeeze jelqing. However, don’t try to and run before you can walk as it were.

Jelqing is probably the best exercise for girth; be sure to use heat.

Yelp, newbie routine for a few months it is. During those get to know your penis months read up on what has worked for other guys in the girth department.

My first workouts were very easy—30 seconds of stretching each way and 50 or so jelqs. I would warm up and down with a wet, hot washcloth. Every few days to a week, I would increase the time and intensity.

After about 2 months, I worked up to 20 minutes or so of stretching and 400-500 jelqs. From there, I added very intense squeezes (gripping as low as I possibly could on my shaft, kegeling, and squeezing like mad). Eventually, I added a second hand to the squeeze. Once the first hand was in place, I would (very gently) start squeezing from the other end—near the glans.

I started at 6.5 BPEL. During the first 3 months or so, I reached 7.0. Over the following year or so, I worked up to 7.5. Nowadays, my best erections are around 7.6 BPEL. I’m currently in the midst of a long break from PE, but I may start up again in a couple of months.

Hi Fitman! I am new to this forum, too. And I am looking for girth, too.
I’m 7” EL and 5” EG. I have your very-same feelings while having sex with my wife. Actually you have not sex with my wife ;)

My story is quite different for I did PE, albeit inconstantly, for almost 2 years. I tried exercises, pills, penis pumps, creams, oils, and whatever. Fortunately my penis is again ok. I gained 1/4” in length, but perhaps this is only an apparent effect due to better erections (sometimes). Too bad my girth is nearly the same. In the last weeks I registered here, and I saw photos of people gaining in girth, so I modified my exercises to be more intense. I am going to see any result in the future.

Practically: I do intense jelqing (after warm-up) keeping blood in my penis as much as possible using both hands, and I alternate 5 minutes of that with 5 minutes of light pumping, and I repeat all that 3 times (so about 30 minutes total). I do this 2 days and 1 day off. My flaccid penis is fat for about 1 hour. Then it returns normal.

Suggestion: The feelings you are experiencing become easily paranoical. Don’t let this happens. Besides, intense exercise led to poorer erections and to the urge of ejaculate. If your wife is happy now, she could be unhappy after a few months of PE. I don’t want to do terrorism, but think it well..

This is my first go at PE so I’m gathering all the info and starting very slowly so I can keep a close eye on my PI’s. Sparkyx has given me some invaluable ideas on how to ramp into this journey so as not to ever overtrain and keep in my growth zone and I’m very appreciative.

So far my wife is supportive. I guess we’ll do a ‘fit’ test as I progress to make sure things don’t get uncomfortable for her! Lol I did go through a bout of anxiety about this whole girth thing but I’m over that and just want to get to work. I’ve been into bodybuilding for many years now and know what a commitment to fitness is like, so I’m up for the challenge. I just sometimes get impatient, however I know that will only lead to overtraining so I am going to do this right.

Anyway, keep the ideas/comments coming my friends.my ears are open for business! ;)

Did you see any negative PI’s along the way jumping into those intense squeezes just two months into it? It appears your length and girth increases were pretty symmetrical, so I guess when RUZ stated:

No. In fact, my erections were super rock hard. Don’t quote me on the 2 month thing. That’s my recollection, but it might have been closer to 3 months. I’m not sure.

Maybe. One factor is that I always hated to stretch. It was hard for me to get a good grip and consequently I spent less time on it than on my jelqing.

I don’t think you can generalize like that. Different guys gain differently. There may be a slight trend for guys to gain more in their naturally larger dimension—long guys gaining length and fat guys gaining girth, but no convincing case has ever been made.
