Hello everybody!
I m new to this forum, I hope this be a pleasant stay in a place with mutually respectful people :)

Me and a friend of mine would like to start PE to gain from about half an inch of lenght. We are normally to good hung (around 6NBPEL x 5 EG) and would just like to get that bit more lenght.
Reading around seems to me that stretching has been proven to work (it was even inTime, quoting a research where extenders were used) and be very effective in giving you that extra half inch, so I guess that’s perfect for us.

Still, the concern about getting ED is VERY high, I don really want to get that, so I ask:

Are there people who got ed or erection problems from stretching ONLY? Or its just jelq, involving high blood pressures, that maaaaaay cause ED?! The plan is to do about 20 mins pulling 4 days a week. Are we on the really safe side?

I’m not aware of anyone who has had ED problems from a stretch only routine. However, just to be on the safe side (and more effective too), start with 5 minutes, all directions and build from there. Give this a read to learn how to stretch safely and effectively: firegoat - Length Gains

Firegoat how would you feel it would work if I did that routine and pumped at the end of it? Would it affect length gains?

I pulled a bit too much and had bad EQ for one day (still it was hard enough to have sex), than it was fine.

Improving stamina & EQ: quitting watching porn would work?

You may have a week or two that you get slightly lower EQ after quitting porn - it happens to some guys - if it happens to you (it’s only a small possibility) stick it out and your EQ will definitely improve. :)

A very minor percentage of people have problems regardless of how careful they are. I’d say just warm up, don’t go too fast and listen to your body. When you see a decrease in EQ, ease up on it. Don’t work your unit until it hurts. I am a firm believer that you should never feel sore before, during or after the workout. A good rule of thumb I also use is that if I feel a “tired dick” feeling at all (think of that feeling after you came too many times in one day) then don’t PE that day.

I got a slightly lower EQ, but it s ok since I now know why :)
Or, to be more precise, is not lower EQ, its more complicated to get aroused. Still everything its working ok (no problem in making GF happy) so I ll stick to it. Sad to realize how much time I wasted on that shit.

Still, since “the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best is now’ I ll stick to it.
