Looking for that extra inch - but want to STAY SAFE
I m new to this forum, I hope this be a pleasant stay in a place with mutually respectful people :)
Me and a friend of mine would like to start PE to gain from about half an inch of lenght. We are normally to good hung (around 6NBPEL x 5 EG) and would just like to get that bit more lenght.
Reading around seems to me that stretching has been proven to work (it was even inTime, quoting a research where extenders were used) and be very effective in giving you that extra half inch, so I guess that’s perfect for us.
Still, the concern about getting ED is VERY high, I don really want to get that, so I ask:
Are there people who got ed or erection problems from stretching ONLY? Or its just jelq, involving high blood pressures, that maaaaaay cause ED?! The plan is to do about 20 mins pulling 4 days a week. Are we on the really safe side?
