Looking for my LOT

Looking for my LOT

I am a Newbie and am looking for my LOT

When trying to locate my LOT while I kegel
in a lying down position I feel and see a pullback
from 12:00 all the way to 6:00.

What am I doing wrong?
How do I do a kegel?

The Kegel as I understand it is like when you are
peeing and stop in mid stream.

Hey, guys!

Well, all of us determined our LOT without any video. It’s easy… As memento has already said all you have to do is:

1. Stand upright. Imagine that your penis is a clock arrow that can move only from 6 o’clock (which is the position when your penis looks on the floor) to 12 o’clock (the up most position of your penis).
2. With your right or left hand take the glans of your penis and pull it away from your body up wards so that your glans shows 12 o’clock.
3. Now do kegel (the exercise that makes your PC muscle located between your anus and scrotum contract. If you don’t know how to contract it do search: kegel).
4. Watch your penis. Do you see any tug back (penis moves inside your body a little when your PC muscle is contracting)?
5. If you see any tug back then move your glans lower to say 10 o’clock so that your penis will now be diagonally to you body. Kegel again. See tug back?
6. Repeat this algorithm until you see no tug back. This is your LOT (for example 7:00).

Now about how it is connected to your length gaining abilities. The lower your LOT (from 6:00 to 7:00) the more tighter your ligaments and the more chances you have to get fast results. You simply stretch the ligs and make more of the inner penis visible. You create a visual illusion that your penis looks longer without changing its real volume (or almost not changing).

Is this correct?. I thought it was the opposite - that low LOT means less gains

Stetcher - you are right. The lower the LOT (eg 7:00) the less gains you will be able to experience from lig work. The higher the LOT the more chances you have to gain from hanging BTC etc.

Low LOT doesn’t necessarily mean less gains - just means less gains from stretching ligs. If you have a low LOT you must attack the tunica.

Also, I recommend measuring our LOT in front of a mirror, turned to the side so you can see the angle of your penis better. I measured my LOT by looking down and thought it was 7:00. I later measured it by standing sideways to the mirror and realized that it’s 8:00. I could’ve missed out on some potential lig gains had I not noticed.

Adjust to your time zone or everything will get fucked and your dick will fall off. I only recently found out my LOT was 7:30 local, but 2:30 GMT. Helluva difference!

To the vets: does this mean I should stretch up when I’m here in the states, but down if I visit Limeyland or Oz?

And the LOT theory thread is at the top of the Main Member Forum. Basically when you kegel you will see your penis pull back toward your body slightly. That is tugback. LOT is loss of tugback, the point where you no longer see the tugback.

Also, as someone (Size or Jap probably) told me in reply to my first PE post, the only stupid question is the one never asked.

There are however annoying questions, those that get repeated constantly. So read up a little so that you never have to ask an annoying question. :)
