Looking for modified newbie routine

I remember reading about a modified newbie routine that went something like this:

5 minute warmup
150 jelqs
5x cirlce stretch (clockwise/counter clockwise)
5 minute cooldown

The difference was that this routine had a 6 week on, 4 week off deconditioning plan. I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know the details of this plan or what post it was in?

The purpose of the newbie plan is to become conditioned so you can continue further with the PE process. Therefore following the newbie routine with a deconditioning process just doesn’t make any sense to me.

The proper newbie plan should start of slow and easy and you should gradually add on time and technique.

I thought the newbie routine was to make your penis bigger.

In addition to getting you ready to “continue with the PE process”, you might get the best gains you ever get.

I’d do the Newbie routine 6 weeks on, 4 off over and over and over if the gains were still coming.

Short- This routine sounds vaguely familiar, but I cannot point you to the thread.

But I think taking time off from the newbie routine and then trying it again sounds like a great thing to try before attaching any hardware to your penis.

There was a guy just the other day would did the newbie routine for like 8 weeks, took a few months off, then did it again. Says he got great gains each time, no clamps, hangers, clips, straps, hooks, or anything.


Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits

No one knows anything about this routine?

I remember the thread had a lot of views, many pages, and the reason the original poster came up with this new routine was to help people who had conditioned their dick and hit a wall with their gains.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know what your talking about but can’t find the thread. The newbie routine is so gentle you really don’t need 4 week decon breaks unless your choking your dick and injuring yourself.

Wasn’t it Babbis’ modified newbie routine? Its been talked about recently, I think that thread got removed because Babbis turned commercial and requested that it be removed from this site, right?

Yup, that’s the one, and I think that should be the newbie routine for everyone.

I think the newbie routine should be the absolute minimum needed to gain.

Why spend hours a week on PE when you can grow with say an hour total.

I wish I found that before I started.

Sure it won’t work for everyone, but what’s the worse that can happen? You don’t gain, so you increase it a a bit. Because once you increase it, there is no going back.

I’m sure for a lot, it will work.
