Looking for help from EXPERIENCED guys
Ok, I have been on this site for almost a year now and I do a whole lot more reading than I do writing. After a lot of confusion I have decided to post this thread in hope that some experienced guys can give me some guidelines.
The other day I read about the ADS and someone was saying it is more for maintaining length than actually gaining length. Then what is best for actually gaining length?
I used the Jes extender for a couple months,(now I have been out of town for 5 months without it) is that good for gaining or maintaining? I haven’t had any real gains yet so I don’t really need to maintain anything.
I also was reading about a lot of people saying that less is more. Maybe someone can clear this up what do they mean by less is more? I also read that your penis doesn’t get larger while you are exercising it but rather in between excercising.
I am just looking for some basic science behind PE.
Plus there are a lot of Abbreviations on this website like NBP and stuff like that. What does all that stuff stand for?
You guys have always been really helpful, and any help I can get on this stuff would be greatly appreciated.
BTW - I mentioned earlier I haven’t had any real gains, well I also haven’t gotten really into it and been consistent with my workouts. I plan on staying consistent for a really long time as that seems to be the only way to make real gains. I figure I have a good starting size with 7.5 length and 6 girth. To be honest I think I care a whole lot more about length than I do girth even though I know girth is equally if not more important. I just kind of feel like my girth over powers my length and makes my penis look smaller because it is so thick.
