Looking for help from EXPERIENCED guys

Looking for help from EXPERIENCED guys

Ok, I have been on this site for almost a year now and I do a whole lot more reading than I do writing. After a lot of confusion I have decided to post this thread in hope that some experienced guys can give me some guidelines.

The other day I read about the ADS and someone was saying it is more for maintaining length than actually gaining length. Then what is best for actually gaining length?

I used the Jes extender for a couple months,(now I have been out of town for 5 months without it) is that good for gaining or maintaining? I haven’t had any real gains yet so I don’t really need to maintain anything.

I also was reading about a lot of people saying that less is more. Maybe someone can clear this up what do they mean by less is more? I also read that your penis doesn’t get larger while you are exercising it but rather in between excercising.

I am just looking for some basic science behind PE.

Plus there are a lot of Abbreviations on this website like NBP and stuff like that. What does all that stuff stand for?

You guys have always been really helpful, and any help I can get on this stuff would be greatly appreciated.

BTW - I mentioned earlier I haven’t had any real gains, well I also haven’t gotten really into it and been consistent with my workouts. I plan on staying consistent for a really long time as that seems to be the only way to make real gains. I figure I have a good starting size with 7.5 length and 6 girth. To be honest I think I care a whole lot more about length than I do girth even though I know girth is equally if not more important. I just kind of feel like my girth over powers my length and makes my penis look smaller because it is so thick.

*Sigh

If you have been on the site for a year you should have figured that stuff out by now.

I have no experience with ADS or Jez Extender or any of that, so can’t help there.

If you want to make some gains, go read the NOOBIE ROUTINE thread. Read it 10 times. Memorize it. Free up an hour in your day and start PEing.

Tips: always warm up, keep your workout consistent, don’t over do it. Do the noobie routine for 4-5 months and then come back and let us know how it went.

I was all set to give you a thumbs up for more reading than writing but jeeze! If you are doing a lot of reading but not getting it bite the bullet and ask my friend.

START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info Go read this stuff. Either do the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine or one of the less is more routines that some guys are experimenting with for starting out.

Penis Enlargement Glossary is also from START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info . Read back over your own post at the start of the thread. See the abbreviations that the forum underlined for you? Place your cursor on one. ;)

For abbreviations like NBP etc., just hover your mouse pointer over the abbreviation and magically it tells you what it stands for.

If you have done lots of reading, I would have expected you would have picked up the abbreviations, as well as answers to all the other questions you have asked; they are all very common and much discussed questions.

Anything any of us added would just be our personal opinions (already expressed in many other threads). We would rather you read the stuff, tried various approaches for yourself and worked out what works for you.

After reading all the sticky threads, the best thing to do is learn How to use the Search button for best results

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Fair enough.

Basic theory is that anything that is exposed to stress over an extended period of time will inevitably undergo changes. In the case of the penis the stresses cause new tissue to be formed. PE is a compilation of exercises and techniques to put the penis under different types of controlled stress that have been designed to make the penis grow longer or thicker. Too much stress and you cause an injury, not enough stress and there is no cause for new tissue to grow.

Less is more means simply this: if you overdo it you injure yourself, which causes zero gains. The key is controlled stress - if slamming your penis in a car door made it 10 inches long then there would be a hell of a lot more 10 inch dicks running around. And yes, the actual growth of the penis happens not during the exercises but in the time between exercises when the controlled damage is healed by your body.

PE takes months and years, and so the best advice that I can give is to start slow, learn the ropes, stick to your routine and integrate PE into your life as a long term investment - if you follow the advice of our many awesome members then your investment will pay off.

You can find all the rest of the info in iamaru’s post.

Fellows have answered most of your questions. About ADS/extenders, they can give you results even if it’s they are used alone, but you’ll miss other benefits of PE: improved blood circulations, longer erections etc. etc..

So, right now you shold just do the newbie routine. Time will come when using an extender will be well worth.

Well done! Great post. Couldn’t have put it better myself.

PE isn't a chore. PE is a lifestyle.

If you feel down sometimes, come live inside my mind. I promise you'll enjoy the experience.

Thank you WhiskeyFish, The answer you gave me is exactly what I wanted to hear. Everyone else tells me to go to the Newbie forum. Had they actually read my post post they would have saw that I have been a member for nearly a year so I obviously have already read the newbie forum. People like you are the people we need on this site who are here to help and not to get as many post’s as they can. I appreciate the help and if anyone else has any HELPFUL additions they would like to add it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
