I’m no Moderator or anything but I know the answers to questions like these are already all over the place. Seriously try using the search feature. Anyways, you’ll want to stick with the newbie routine for a few months before you try to customize too much. In the meantime search and research.


Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

Yes, this has question has been answered already many times. Just follow the newbie routine ten after check out the advanced exercises. Good and effective ones are Ulis and Horses. The one I attribute a good deal of my girth gains from is erect jelqing.

By erect, do you mean 100% rigid? Or just a high level of engorgement, with some pliability?

By the way, jelqing at a high level of engorgement, let alone fully erect, is NOT a beginner exercise, battleman84.

Thanks for the replies and I will move on to different exercises after about 6 weeks. If anyone thinks I should wait longer please do respond.
