Wow marinera, that is certainly an interesting thought … I’m in the states though, so I fight hard enough for more basic health care already.

I’m only packing the lower part of the tube, and some of that is just due to the looser skin there. I’m focused mostly on length though, and using plenty of lube so I don’t think it’s time to size up just yet. I’ll take some pics for documentation, but where would I put a progress report thread?

It isn’t like we have secret “easy gains” methods and are holding out on the guys. It is what it is.

For someone with Popeye forearms manual PE is the easy way. For you it may well be pumping. Hanging was what finally worked for me but I wouldn’t recommend it for you. On more than one occasion disaster was diverted at the last micro-second by me grabbing the weight to prevent it from tearing off my wang.

Thanks iamaru, I’m definitely not hanging for fear of something similar. I’m not so much looking for huge PE gains as I am trying to loosen my ligs to get back to the length I had. If I’m very lucky maybe I’ll get both :)

7goingon9 for hanging or stretching allow someone else to do it. I think the 8.5bpfsl means you already have a 8.0 bpel that likely eq is bad.

About hanging, maybe you can do it, if you like, using an elastic band to provide tension instead than weights; somebody use a bunging rope, I think.

You could also do clamping.

Not saying you should, many guys have best of their gains with just manual techniques, only pointing out that in your condition you still can do most of PE excersises. Plus, you already have a good size.

I am impressed with your determination 7G9. I have full use of all my limbs and I seem to have a problem staying on track with my routines. I am a pumper and it seems to me that you are making good progress with pumping. Since you previously had more length, pumping and manual stretching/jelquing should be a good non-evasive way to restore it. Should also help reduce your tight upward angle, especially if you press the tube down while expanded in the tube.

I also clamp and I sometimes find it difficult to close the clamp tightly using all my strength in both hands. Accordingly, I would rule out clamping in your case.

Maybe he could use air-clamps? Not sure if they are equal effective, though, never tried.

Great Idea. I believe they work as well or better than the Cable Clamp and they are definitely more comfortable.

I looked into them, but was too cheap to order one.
