Looking for boxer fabric reccomendation.
Not sure if this forum is the right place, but..
In reading through some other threads I worked up the courage to try going commando (I was formerly a boxer-brief guy because the brand I found (Target’s Evolve made by 2(x)ist) gave me some much needed uplift that improved an otherwise flat crotch profile). Main reason I wanted to do this is that I’m guessing as others suggested that the restriction boxer briefs bring doesn’t help with flaccid hang and could even feasibly interfere somewhat with maximizing the results of one’s PE efforts).
What I have observed after a week of the commando experience (besides the wife being intrigued by it) is that I’m much more aware of what my equipment is doing in the whole relax/tense up cycle which tends to make me consciously relax myself whenever I notice everything has indeed drawn up (due to the stress of my job) - since I have a standing desk this is quite easy for me to notice.
HOWEVER, going commando has also led to having a lot more chubs (due to the increased stimulation I think) which are now more noticeable in dress pants and more to the point, getting noticed by both sexes especially if out taking a walk. Interesting phenomena of course, but I’d rather minimize this and wanted to try a boxer to help mask this with another layer of material. So what I’m looking for is a boxer that for comfort’s sake, would feel similar to silk but isn’t (cause that’s just too expensive).
So has anyone found a brand/fabric that’s comfortable, affordable and has a silken feel to it? (Closest thing I’ve found so far is a Perry Ellis boxer made of “microfiber” but at $20/pair is more than I want to spend)
