First of all, I want to thank Thunder and all the members of this great community for your work. God bless you all and your families with health and happiness.

I just start PE two weeks ago and I am very enthusiastic about it. My goal is to recover 1.0+” in length (my girth is ok) lost during the last years. I took anti-depressants and also pass through a long period of both sexual and physical inactivity. Now I am stable.

I know that I lost that amount because I took measurements before my depression and it was 7.0+” and now is 5.75” BPEL.
These are erected measurements, but I can see the difference flaccid too.

My question is related to the best time during the day for PE exercises. Is there any advantage of doing PE in a particular period of the day?

I prefer the morning, you know, get up and work out! Some days I cannot perform my exercises during the morning and I do them before going to bed. I don’t know what it is, but the results are not the same.

Well, I thank you all in advance for your help.

Best Regards

There aren’t any major differences between working out at various times of the day, so the best time is when is suits your schedule best and you are in the right frame of mind to focus on what you are doing. So if morning is what works best for you, then that is the best. That is when I usually do my PE.

The advantage to doing PE in the morning would be that for the rest of the day you should enjoy a nice plump flaccid hang. The advantage to doing PE before bed is that your nocturnal erections reach maximum size and you often wake up with a larger than normal woody.

Thanks gprent. I’ll try to keep doing my exercises during the morning.
