Looking for advice
First of all, I want to thank Thunder and all the members of this great community for your work. God bless you all and your families with health and happiness.
I just start PE two weeks ago and I am very enthusiastic about it. My goal is to recover 1.0+” in length (my girth is ok) lost during the last years. I took anti-depressants and also pass through a long period of both sexual and physical inactivity. Now I am stable.
I know that I lost that amount because I took measurements before my depression and it was 7.0+” and now is 5.75” BPEL.
These are erected measurements, but I can see the difference flaccid too.
My question is related to the best time during the day for PE exercises. Is there any advantage of doing PE in a particular period of the day?
I prefer the morning, you know, get up and work out! Some days I cannot perform my exercises during the morning and I do them before going to bed. I don’t know what it is, but the results are not the same.
