Looking for advice on a strictly hanging routine
Hey guys here’s a question for the books;
I currently have time restrictions and can only PE for about one consecutive hour a day.
I try to compensate by wearing PE rings ( 2lbs weights) for 4hrs in the morning, come home warm wrap 5 minutes, hang down for 30 minutes, then hang@ 9:00 LOT position using a bungee cord and some weights for 20 minutes, then over the shoulder with bungee attached to my Capts wrench with weight for 20 minutes. I then follow with the PE weight rings (2 lbs) for about an hour or two depending on when the lady of the house comes home. I guess my questions would be; Is it ok to only PE once in a day if you don’t have time to due multiple sets ? Will wearing PE rings for four or so hours prior to hanging help fatigue the muscle and allow for more ligament growth/stretch during the hanging session due to being fatigued? And finally, will wearing the weight rings after hanging help to stop that natural retraction that happens after hanging during the healing process and allow the healing to take place in a lengthened state ?

10/06 (2 months) BPEL-6.00" X EG- 5.50" BUT NO LENGTH :0(
Second goal to measure on 12/06 (4 months) Bpel-6.25" X EG -5.75"
