I am new to PE and I have been doing my homework, but I can’t find a definite answer on cementing gains. Some say it works and others say it does not so I was wondering is there anyone out there who has done it successfully and if so could you tell me how?

Yes, it does work. Some people say they never lose any gains and others who do lose gains can do a maintenance routine. Just to keep the gains, a good routine for that is the newbie. But trust me, it’s a long journey to that point. So you still don’t need to worry about that.

I’ve also done a lot of reading and cementing gains seems to be an undecided topic.

My intuition says that gains from stretching are not truly cement-able. Ligaments become less flexible with age but also without proper maintenance will eventually return to their normal state.

Those who have cemented gains are PEers who have spent years working on it. My advice would be to continue a maintenance routine because it’s easier to keep what you’ve got than to lose it and have to do all that work over again.

PE is a lifestyle.

I think it’s just like bodybuilding, you can’t achieve a desired body shape and maintain it by simply stopping, you have to keep on training.

Same goes for PE. When I reach my goal, I’ll keep on going at least for another 6 months and then start maintaining it by doing PE 1-2 times a week.

Cementing is the theory behind getting your gains to stay after you stop PE.

There are a lot of ideas floating around, but not much useful.

The easiest way to never lose your gains is simply to never stop PE.

I wish I could contribute more on the subject.

Starting (10 / 2006): 5.8~BPEL, 5~BG ----> Current: 7.6 BPEL, 5.6 BG ----> Goal: Pringles Can

It is like this, after a certain percentage of tissue deformation it can not go all the way back I found some scientific proof with the help of Bib before but I can’t remember the small details maybe someone else will if I can’t dig it up soon.

Anyway I have done PE enough to where if I give it up I am still bigger than where I was when I first started but I do experience some shrinkage this will always be true so if you could indeed reach your desired size you would need to go over it to be that size without PE.

One thing I don’t understand, once you reached your desired size, surely you don’t want to over-shoot that.. So if you have to keep doing PE to keep your gains, wouldn’t that constitute adding more gains that you don’t want?

I personally don’t think over shooting a big penis goal is a bad thing :) .
