Looking for advice encouragement.
I have been doing PE on and off for about half a year. I recently went overseas so have had a 3-4 month break but need to get back into the routine. I plan on doing the newbie routine for about another month then implementing new exercises into my routine. I am completely focused on GIRTH and was wanting some recommendations of what I should begin with (what is generally most effective) and what quantity. I work full time and live at home so it is really hard for me to do PE consistently, and I am quite social so am out many nights. My girth is 4.2 and it really gets me down, to the point where I’m ashamed to sleep with girls. I need to fix this, I will be patient because the potential results are worth the effort. I just get worried that I won’t get much girth, as length seems much more attainable, especially for people who are already quite thin. I actually suffer from depression and this is largely to do with my penis size.
Any advice or encouragement would be very much appreciated.
