Hi,

I have been doing PE on and off for about half a year. I recently went overseas so have had a 3-4 month break but need to get back into the routine. I plan on doing the newbie routine for about another month then implementing new exercises into my routine. I am completely focused on GIRTH and was wanting some recommendations of what I should begin with (what is generally most effective) and what quantity. I work full time and live at home so it is really hard for me to do PE consistently, and I am quite social so am out many nights. My girth is 4.2 and it really gets me down, to the point where I’m ashamed to sleep with girls. I need to fix this, I will be patient because the potential results are worth the effort. I just get worried that I won’t get much girth, as length seems much more attainable, especially for people who are already quite thin. I actually suffer from depression and this is largely to do with my penis size.

Any advice or encouragement would be very much appreciated.

The first thing you need to do is get over your shame.

There are all types of body types out there. Yours is just one out of many. Women, if you haven’t noticed have all sorts of variations as well. Yet still people find a way to get laid - and why shouldn’t they? It’s not reserved for the perfectly proportioned, so the good news is we can all have fun.

Seriously, think it over. When you have sex with someone you aren’t merely bringing a set of body parts to the table; you’re bring YOU. Hopefully you’re trying to connect to that other person in ways that aren’t purely physical, but on a purely physical level - there’s only one person like you, so make the most that.

As far as PE, when living in digs that aren’t your own. You need to find time that you can set aside on a daily basis to do the Newbie Routine. If you have several smaller windows you can break the routine up.

Getting a pump and doing a lite eight minute pump while showering might be a good idea too.

But in the meantime, go forth and get laid. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Seriously.

Do a search for O-Bends.

A fellow named Mr. Orange (I think…) made a brief appearance on TP and introduced this excercise, thus its title, Orange Bends, or O-Bends for short.

I find that they do wonders for girth.

I would say you have to be realistic. We can all fill our lives with various activities but if you want to gain you need to create time and have some dedication.

You wouldn’t expect to get a fit body by doing the odd exercise here and there and the same is true of PE.

So you may have to quit some of the social activities. You can break-up routines during the day, but you need still to create time for a routine, it is about priorities in YOUR life.

But my main concern is your emotional state, you need to address that as PE won’t wholly fix your perspective.
