Looking for a routine that has caused results

Maybe I am asking for too much but I am looking for a routine that will provide the results I am looking for. At the moment I am at 6.5 length and 5.25 girth. I would like to be at 8 x 6. I have been jelqing for a little while now and it has seemed to help until now. I can’t seem to get anymore results from jelqing I was wondering what kind of routines you guys have been on to get results. I bought a stretcher as well but that just hurts and gave me no results so I recently have switched over to manual stretching which seems to be working well. So if anyone out there has a good routine to follow I will appreciate it very much. Thanks a lot guys.

Just doing a litlle jelquing is not the way to go to get gains.

YOU have to be a little more dedicatd than that. So why not try the newbie routine. It’s been proven to produce gains for beginners. And it also needs a certain amount of dedication. A month or two should give you some gains.

6-7 years ago I jelqed 20 minutes a day 4-5x a week and got results. Nothing super spectacular, but they were measurable gains, particularly in girth.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

What PFis saying is : The newbie routine is a well rounded routine: it works in a balanced way on girth, length, and BC muscles. It’s a good fundation. He’s not saying you can’t gain just with jelquing - jelq is actually the main component of the newbie routine.
