Looking for a new routine

I have been PE’ing for 5 months or so; and my current routine is warm up; 20 second stretch in each direction for 10 minutes; circle stretches; and 15 minutes of one handed-jelqing plus some two-handed jelqing; warm-down. I am not seeing any results from this anymore, and I would like advice on beginning a new routine mainly for length gains. I do not have a pump or hanger.


Currently 7.25x5.5 in.; 5.75 midshaft Trying to be 9x6.5 in.

Look for mems routine.
