Hello! I’m quite the grower and now I’m looking for routines that are tailored for growers. Can someone please provide a link to a great routine for growers?

Also, do growers have better chances for growth?

I have also read that elasticity could be an advantage for a grower. I am not sure how big I get when erect but I think I’d definitely like to go for a routine specifically for growers. Or is the Newbie Routine (Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine) just fine? Also, what about “JP’s 90 Day Beginner Routine”? Is it something that a grower can use?

The newbie routine you linked is the best point to start. There is no difference in approach regardless of flaccid to erect size difference as far as I know. Since I started the newbie routine some three months ago my average flaccid has probably seen more relative growth than my erect, that’s just my gut feeling though.

If I were to guess being a grower is an advantage if anything, since it shows that the tissue is already elastic to some degree. I may be totally wrong about that though :)

I’m a big grower. When flaccid its sometimes just over an inch. I’ve seen good results with just manuals. Stretching and jelqing is how I got to over 8 inches BPEL. A good warm up is very critical. I’ve been doing PE a while now and have discovered if I warm up correctly, I can actually feel the ligaments get elastic. Like when you tug and it feels like a giant elastic giving way ever so slightly before returning. Then I know I can start the rest of my routine.

I also have to add that I have a condition that causes all my ligaments to stretch easily and is the reason why I can dislocate different parts of my body at will without pain. So results may vary. But I got good gains with just manuals. Did try hanging but didn’t get much from it for the 6 months I tried. Saw better results with manuals.

What are you looking for exactly? Have you been running a routine that hasn’t been yielding good enough results? Otherwise, the only routine ever advised for new beginners is the newbie routine you linked… Are you asking for exercises that work your flaccid size more than your erect size, is that it?

You even had a reply from someone who allegedly started at just over 1” flaccid and now measures over 8” bpel from just manuals (just like the newbie routine) does that not sound good enough?

You should know that just because it is recommended as a starting point it is not by any means inferior to harder routines. The point of the newbie routine is to start out pretty light and slowly ramp up to where you find a suitable level that works for you. Personally I was planning to ramp up the newbie routine the first 6 weeks but only got about halfway there before I felt I’d found something that works for me. Only reason to go into anything more advanced (read: harder on your penis) would be that you are not gaining anymore, and even than it might not be the best course of action.

I think it says in the newbie introduction to stick with only light manuals for something like 3 months at least, and even longer if you see any gains. I’d recommend warming up thoroughly in the beginning, as the ligaments around the base were stiff, at least for me. And it will be easier to get help further down the line if you have concrete questions. Good luck!

From my understanding, the newbie routine is the base to all that follows. If gains are made, one can ramp up the newbie routine adding more complex stretches and added jelqing. This is all you need, so I’ve been told. Many prefer to add other, more advanced techniques such as clamping, hanging, pumping, etc. Any of these are optional choices, depending on what you are seeking for an outcome in your penis gains. Some techniques are geared more toward length, while others specialize more in girth.

The site has these two very informative links Penis Enlargement Videos and Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. Though the later does say Newbie Routine, there is quite a bit of information and links to other routines here too. Just browse and see what’s out there. Also reading the forum, that’s a very informative place as well. Anyway, that’s what I do and will eventually add some of these different techniques into my routine, as I feel it’s time.
