Longer kegels

When I’m flaccid just sitting here not playing with it at all or anything, I can hardly feel the kegel, I kind of do it so hard I shake and it’s effort but don’t feel much till I let go. Which is odd.I think it’s better to pull out and kegel against the stretch

Audacia, this is percectly normal and typical of a person that hasn’t trained his BC muscles. After a week or two you’ll definitely feel the muscle much more. I’m not sure I understand, but did you mean you think it’s better to stretch your penis while you kegel? If so, this is unnecessary.

That is what I meant, if you don’t pull to hard you can actually see your penis tugback. I will keep training it though, thanks.

Longer Kegels are also essential for becoming multi-orgasmic.

Last year when I had my strongest BC muscle I could do a few 60 sec kegels but I never managed to hold back ejaculation while experiencing an orgasm. Now I do about 100 10 sec kegels, can I improve my BC strength without adding more time to my routine?

I’m new here but not new to PE or kegels so I wanted to chime in really quick. I work my kegels like some people work out. You approach it differently day by day. Some days I do short quick ones the entire work out, some days I do long holds. Some days I do a brief 5 - 10 second hold on a regular kegel and then convert it to a reverse and hold that as long as you can. Any combination of kegels will help in your PE journey.

I do kegels twice per wk, starting off 3min of light, partial contractions, then 10min contracting hard and holding for 5-10sec. I finish with 5min hard contractions without holding. Sometimes I hold one contraction hard for 3min. I don’t see the use of holding any longer than that!

Also I Kegel for 5min (first 2min are soft and slow) before warming up for a jelqing session. I EDGE 2-3times Per Week.

Doing this, it was only a few months before I could have multiple orgasms.

Try not to cheat by using your abs too as you contract your PC Muscle.

I am not expert - and we are all different and live differently - but I do not believe holding a contraction for really long will serve any purpose. The point is strengthening the muscle by contracting as hard as you can over so many reps so when you EDGE it is easy to to hold the contraction and orgasm without cumming and maintaining EQ and hormones.

Goal/Be Really Pleased With: EL: 7.8. EG: 7.0.
