Long-term penis damage?

Long-term penis damage?

Hello, I’m new here but I have been doing PE for a while and about a 1 1/2 years ago I had a very intense pain shoot up the side of my penis and I believe I might have done some damage to it. Of course I did the sensible thing and completely stopped until I felt it would be safe. I haven’t done any PE sense and my penis seems to be working fine, but occasionally I will get a sharp pain on the side of my penis were there’s this vein, and when I get an erection most of the time my glands won’t fill up at all and that really scares me, also the underside of my penis towards the base there a dark all-most bruise area and I think that might be a strangulation leisure or something that might be causing the lack of blood flow to the glands. Anyway, I would like to start up PE but I want my penis to be healthy and operational again. I would like some professional advice as to if I should consult with a doctor or if I can do anything by myself to aid the functionality of my genitals. I would prefer it if I didn’t have to see a doctor because of my current fin. Situation, and I am also willing to reply to the best of my ability to answer any questions if someone wants to help find a treatment. Hopefully people with similar problems can look to this thread to answers in the future if a viable treatment is reached :D .

Sorry if I have offended anyone in anyway, it is completely unintentional. Thanks.

The best professional advice I can give is to see you’re physician, look into getting a referral to a urologist if possible.

Post your routine and how long

Well as I said it has been a year or so so please excuse my lack of remembering lol. But I think I did something a long the lines of warming up, then some jelquing, then like 5 min of uli’s, and then some stretches and horse squeezes and stuff like that. For a while it went all ok, but I think I went too far one day and might have caused some damage. I have been doing for like 3 years or so before I quit.

Not that it helps you at this point, but in light of this and other reports (and experiences) of problems, I have changed my mind and (on my new site that will be up any day now ;) ) recommend no OK grip and no squeezing. Not saying they don’t work, but with dry thumb and two forefingers you can apply enough force to leave your unit aching, without sexual stimulation or risk of damage. In other words, you can’t overdo it. I also say no to lubrication, because sliding an OK grip up and down your lubed shaft stimulates the sexually-sensitive underside, and PE + masturbation = problems.
