Long Term Consequences

Long Term Consequences

Has anyone been doing PE for over 10 years? What are the long term consequences for PE, could we experience negative effects later in life from the exercises we are doing now even if we are seeing positive gains? I would really like feedback from guys who have been at this for 10 or more years, but would also like to hear from people who have been doing it for over 5.

Not quite ten years, not quite. I would guess that my active PE career ended 8 years ago.

Nothing negative to report.

Senior members that I have seen on this forum are usually big gainers with 4+ years of practice. That is a lot of dedication. And it pays off!

The consequence? A “bigger cocky attitude”… LOL

Notorious "Hardgainer". No Gain in 4 Years! Check out my "Blog" under Profile.

(starting: Jun 2007) 5.75" BPEL x 5" EG / (Sept 11, 2011) 6.375" BPEL x 5.125" EG / (July 1st, 2014) 6.25" BPEL x 5.125" EG (lost a bit of size)

I have been doing it off and on for 8 years. Long term consequence is that I am just over 1.5” longer than when I started, about an 1” larger in girth.
I do have two areas on my unit that are more susceptible to fluid buildup from jelqing or pumping if I work my unit hard. I can firegoat role the fluid away within several minutes.
Currently my unit is a little darker than when I started, however that is because I am currently still pumping and not giving my unit a chance to bleed off the coloring from my last clamping phase. I have taken brakes in the past and my unit has returned to very near it’s starting coloration.
I am more veiny than when I started, but not with any veins that are problematic or balloon.
My LOT is lower than when I started, I typically last much longer during sex, unless it has been a long time and I don’t care if I blow faster.

I have not seen any long term negative effects from my growth or what I have put my unit through. I am still actively doing PE so that may cause some possible consequences to not show.

I’m not an expert by any means, but the 2 things that I think need more research or feedback from long time PE’ers are scar tissue formations and/or an over stressed PC muscle resulting in its shut down/malfunction. I hope neither are common, regardless I’ll find out 1 day, as Im in this for life.

Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

Thanks for the feedback so far guys, keep it coming.

Persian, scarring from chronic inflammation and microtears are one of my main concerns. It probably would not be something that would happen over night, but over months or years. This is why I want more feedback from the long term vets.

I have been at it for almost two years so I don’t qualify to reply, but my concern has been with urethral operation. I think with continued PE, there are very few risks if you stay safe. However, I have to be more careful now when finishing peeing so all the fluid is out. I have heard others mention this happens with excessive kegeling.

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

Over five years here, and the only consequence is a much healthier weiner.

persian, are there any other examples elsewhere in the human body of this happening?

The stresses we’re subjecting our PC (or BC) muscles to would not compare to the stress of biceps curls or bench presses, I would think, and yet I’ve never heard of a weightlifter or bodybuilder experiencing shutdown of their biceps or pectoral muscles as a result.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.
