Long stretching sessions?
As I’m currently at home almost 24/7 I find I have a lot of spare time on my hands for PE.
My question is a few things :-
With people who use a stretcher they would leave it on for times up to 2 hours, would this mean that you could instead do manual stretching sets for this long?
Would it be more or less productive ?
Do you believe manual or using a stretcher is better for length gains?
