Please help. I have been away from this site and PE for a long time, like 4 months or more. I need to pick back up, Jelqing, weights, clamping. Any reccommendations from those who have experienced this before me? Thanks.

Four months is a little bit long, I never experienced any long break like this, but you might want to start with warming up (I don’t mean hotwrap, I mean about your previous routine). Get your routine on slowly again and then fight for goal :) Errr.. are you thinking like me to restart with newbie routine for one or two weeks? :-k

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
