I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 7 months and it seems lately I’ve been having trouble getting it up especially if I do stretching first is this normal?

Have you lost any sensitivity?

If it is below 10” then yes, you have a little trouble. If not than I’m afraid this is a big trouble.

Seriously, take a 2 week rest or something. Maybe it’s unrelated with PE, but just give it a rest for a while. Some even report gains in that time.

If you have not had any problems in the preceding 7 months, then it is not likely to be the PE, unless you have suddenly increased the amount you are doing.

Many other factors can cause erectile difficulties; look at other aspects of your life, such as stress, amount of sleep, alcohol intake etc.

If you still think it’s PE related, take a couple of weeks off and see if things improve. If they do, PE may play a part. If that is the case, take an extra week off as a mini-decon break, then start again slowly and gently.

No I have had some problems thats why I switch to stretching after jelqing but now it seems to not come up at first takes a lot more work than usual

Take a couple of weeks off then start back doing what gave no problems, at a low level. Negative PI’s are a sign your routine doesn’t suit you and needs to be changed.
