For years I sleep 4-6 hours on day. It count on PE ?

It’ll definitely affect your PE , proper rest helps with the body healing. Your diet and lifestyle definitely contributes to PE also.

How are you feeling physically? If your body and mind is fine with only 4-6 hours of sleep then there shouldn’t be anything to worry about.

Plus I see now that you have been doing this for quite a while. So you should know best how your body responds.

I never understood this, you want to stretch and deform the tissues and if you got plenty of rest wouldn’t that counter the deformation process a bit?


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

With this 4-6 hours of sleep I feel normal, but I don’t know if this ‘normal’ is bad, I don’t have with what to compare because I don’t sleep for 8 hours for 11 years :) . Guess I can answer by my self after a month of 8 hours sleep.

As I understand it, the theory says we do our growing on rest days. The exercise provides the stimulus for growth, which in turn, happens as we rest.

A search for IPR should provide a comprehensive explanation (and a lot of reading material).

I could not get by on 4-6 hours a sleep a day indefinitely.
