Little gains need new routine

So after having done manual stretching and jelqing and different exercises for 6 months now I have still only gained .25 in length and nothing in girth this is very disheartening.

I have one extender and a pump. After I stopped jelqing and used the extender a little that is when I finally saw that slight gain. I haven’t really used the pump at all.

I have read up on different sites about pros and cons to all day stretchers and saw this one the lil1s simple ads. If I would choose to either make or buy one of these will it only increase my length? Is there any chance I will lose girth using these things?

Being at the almost 7 month marker I think I can do a little more intense things. I would really like an inch in length on top of where I am and .5 in girth.

How has made the most gains using things either without jelqing/manual exercising or in conjunction with these things.

Here was my routine for a while there.

1. Warm up 5 min
2. Stretching 10 min
3. Jelqing 10 min
4. Cool down

When I started with my extender it was

1. Warm up 5 min
2. Extender 1 hour ( with breaks in between to massage and get blood flow back )
3. Massage for 10 min after extender just for good measure
4. Warm towel.

0.25 inches in 6 months is not bad. We are talking about penis enlargement here, something 99.9 % of the world believes to be impossible. If you have persistent gains, why change anything?


01/09/2008: 6.10" BPEL

01/09/2009: 6.57" BPEL

01/10/2009: 6.70" BPEL --> One year of PE has given me 0.6" more of cock. Short term goal: 7 inches.

I suppose a better timeline would have been helpful. I did jelqing and stretching for the first 4 months of that with no gains the next month was the extender which is where I got my .25 during the entire 6th month and almost 7 there has been no change at all if anything just weaker erections. I make sure to use just enough force I feel some tension but not too much because I don’t want an injury

10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing is probably not enough at this point. Up your stretching to 20 minutes and your jelqing to 15 minutes and slowly up these times until you gain. If you don’t gain, take a 1-2 week break.

That was my beginning routine basically the newbie routine I had changed things depending on my day sometimes less stretching more jelqing like 5 min and 20 min or vice versa it wasn’t that exact routine every time. And I have taken small breaks from time to time giving my penis time to regroup and think haha. I even made sure to off set PE days with days I saw my girlfriend so I wasn’t having sex at bad times to screw progress up. Is it possible I just cannot gain? Was there maybe only so much my penis could let go?

I don’t know. I didn’t think I could gain either. I went 4 months with basically nothing more than EQ boosts. I just made my routine more intense and added some other stuff to it. I made a jelq device and started pumping too. Now I’m gaining. Can some people not gain? I’m more inclined to believe that some people need to work harder to gain. I prefer to think…not “if” but “how”. You’ll find your niche, then you’ll gain.

I would suggest adding about ten minutes of edging to the end of the routine. It may not work for you but gave me substantial improvement and warned me when I worked out too hard and couldn’t get a rock hard erection. JAI stretches randomly through the day also helped since I tend to turtle.

Well you have already gained some, even though it might seem little to you so I would count on you being unable to gain. I agree with the other perhaps adding more time to both your stretching and jelqing and step up the intensity a bit.

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Ill start playing around with some ideas of a more intense workout.

Back to my opening post about lil1s ADS, Is it true as I’ve heard that stretching with something like that might lengthen your penis but it will decrease your girth?

Seems like you need to add more time to your routine.

Keep in mind you are seeing gains which is good!
