I’m a little depressed from my penis size (5inch) 4.3 EG

I’m really need to hear some new motivation story and success of length enlargement story

Because I didn’t see any hope

I try hanging and jelq and pumping but I think its make my erections weak

Start with the linear routine, continue with the newbie.

Leave hanging and pumping for now.

Be consistent and in a year you will be 6x5 which is above average and awesome. I was bpel 6.5 x5.2 when I started and never a girl complained. Two of them found it even big, so 6X5 will be awesome.

Don’t think too much just do it.

Listen to bill10’s good advice. Whether it’s building bigger biceps or building a bigger penis, most who fail do so not for lack of trying, but rather from initially trying too hard. Don’t let your enthusiasm be your enemy. But rather, use that enthusiasm to learn as much as you can on this forum, and to be steady, committed, and consistent in order to reach your goals. Follow the Newby Routine, take it slow, and listen to your body. Do that, and as bill10 stated, you’ll be awesome in a year or so.

You have to get over that depression and start thinking positively, restart your PE, set your first goal and focus at it. If you did PE and notice weaker erection, you were performing those exercises wrong or too much intensity for your body to handle.

As you can see I’m here from 2008 but I’m consistent only 1 year. 6 month I was doing PE but not consistently. Yes I read lot of motivate post but old posts. The problem as I said its when I’m try to jelq I don’t have even semi erection so its feel not effective. I stretch my penis for months with no gain. How can I jelq in effective way if my erection when I try is very flaccid?

I started PE in October and have been all over the place with routines. The one I have found now and stuck with is very simple and my dick loves it.

I do about a 20 to 30 min. Warm up with gel pack. Then stretch 5x60 seconds each way, then more heat for 10 min. I start jelqs at about 50% erection. I do about 50 to 60 and by that time my erection is about 90% and then finish with a couple 440’s. That’s it. Put a cock ring on and edge for an hour or two, “depending on how I feel” and constant heat. I do this 5 on 2 off and after days off my dick is ready for more.

I always have night and morning wood and I’m seeing some gains. Just keep it simple. I found that is what works for me.

Good luck with anything you try.

If your stretching with a proper warm up and constant heat and your not gaining over several months. Then you need to add more time or intensity. If you add more time and nothing works then pull harder. Make sure your using heat. Heat is super important. I have gained .5 inches in one month. Gotta do what’s good for you. Yes take everything info wise from the forum. But take that an make your own routine. Everyone is different and they react differently to different stimuli.

The most important is to know which exercises you actually like doing and which ones work for YOU. Doesn’t matter if they are 10 or only 2 different exercises in your routine. All PE exercises work. I basically have two, pumping and stretching. And is working, I think, very well for ME. Sometimes I add Other exercises sometimes I only do one. Sometimes my workout last for 2 hours sometimes not even for half an hour.. I never do the same routine. My penis never know what’s coming..

The hardest part, is to stay motivated and keep it day after day.

Duude, read my story.I am the biggest skeptic around and I gained 1” fairly fast. Also, I wold ignore the guys saying do newbie stuff and skip hanging. I say go big or go home. Hanging takes some getting use to but it’s probably fool proof

I use vachanger-I am upto 7.5lbs..no issues so far

I don’t know why, but I can’t update my routine data ??
Here is the routine I’ve been focusing on for more than a year. Knowing that I never really do the same session, number of exercises, pressure, time.. Everything changes all the time.

But an average routine would look like this :

I always pump in a hot bath. And I rarely take days off.
(1) 20 minutes stretching
(2) 5-10 minutes pumping
(3) 5 minutes stretching, massaging and firegoat rolls
I do ass many step 2 and 3 as I fell like.. Usely until the water gets too cold.. Always finishing with step 3.

And that is it.. For me.
I am focusing on getting my BPEL goal first, I’ll do something very different when I’ll focus on girth.
But if it’s length that you are looking for.. My rather simple routine works pretty well for me.

Start jelqing flaccid. Start counting reps only when your erection gets about 30% and above to 70% max.

Take your time.
