So now I thought that I should focus more on my girth and I want the best way to do that.. What execies are the best/most effective?

I only do the wet jelq right now and I do that with a semi-erect penis (not standing on his own), so people say that I should do it like that and other say vice-versa WICH IS IT?! Fully or semi-erect? You can give me a % -example

And when I do these wet-jelq I only fill up the top-section of my penis with blood.. So I guess that’s the only part that really get’s “worked out”.

Help me please so I don’t spend hours doing the wrong things and see no gains :/

Listen up. This has been said a lot, but I’ll say it again. Never do any PE exercise fully erect. Yopu are asking for trouble. I know there are guys that do and get away with it, but really why take a chance. Do your jelqs at about 75% erect.

If you do them correctly you will get good expansion in the glans, but that is not the only thing being worked. Sounds like you are doing them correctly.
