limited options for PE
I am trying to keep the fact that I am performing PE from my wife. SHe doesn’t really understand why I need to do it.
Anyway, the only thing I am able to do is dicrete stretches.
I have been doing about 200 blasts a day. It is the only thing I am able to do so far that doesn’t require much preperation.
Is there anything that I should add to my routine?
Should I increase the reps?
I don’t need any girth work, just length. I am a grower, and I look rather pathetic when flaccid, especially after gaining about 40 lbs over the last couple of years.
I am doing this along with an exercise routine to hopefully regain some of the virility I had before.
