I noticed that sometimes the day after I jelq my penis will be sore, as if I was working it it out. I mean that feeling your muscles get after putting in work at the gym. Should it ever feel like that?

Having a little soreness is okay, but you should never feel pain.

I did it for about 20 mins. I started PE 2 years ago but was never faithful to it= no gains. Now I’m trying to be serious but it’s hard so I guess I started a month ago. I never feel pain, just soreness which is a very small on and off throbbing pain.

Soreness is common after a layoff or for newbies. Just as with gym work, after a while your body (penis) adapts and you only get sore if you over-do it.

The three common types of soreness/ache are:

1. Aching in the ligs at the base of the penis/pubic area. This is OK as long as you don’t yank too hard before it’s recovered!

2. A general aching throughout the penis. Ease back on the intensity a bit.

3. A sore rather than aching feeling. This is usually from too much friction on the skin or pulling on the skin. Not pleasant - let it heal completely.

Pain means damage has occurred. Mild discomfort means your penis has been given a stimulus to adapt to.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
