Ligs.can they really be maxed out
Hey everybody I’m fairly new to the site, although I have been jelqing for about six months and am resting on about 7.75” EL and 5” EG. I recently started hanging using the captains wench and having been noticing this common term of maxing out the ligs however my thinking is that surely the body will adapt to whatever strain you apply, for example the ligs have stretched resulting in PE why suddenly do they cease to respond to this load? And is it not feasible to believe that if a heavier weight is added to the hanger then the ligs will continue to stretch?. Is there any biological or scientific reason supporting the theory that the ligs indeed cease to grow at a certain point?
