Okay I’ve been reading posts like cray and came across a few about how ligaments play a big part in length(which is my main goal), and how stretching these is key to ‘quick’ length gains. But most of these posts mention LOT and I’ve read that this is no longer in use, so is there any truth to this?
The reason this particularly catches my attention is that I think I have ridiculously tight ligaments, not only is this noticeable while erect in the angle (if twelve is pointing up and three is completely straight out from the body id say I was a 130-1:45) but if I feel while flaccid, along the bottom of the shaft, I can actually feel my penis GOING UP and only THEN OUT, this explains why, in combination with a large fat pad, my flaccid length has always been only one inch (now with pe I guess blood flow got better and I see two all the time).
Okay so basically my question is, would a large focus on lig stretching give me the best short term gains? And if so, is manual downward stretching or jelqing downwards enough or would I HAVE to resort to hanging (just the idea scares me lol)
