Just recently hen I stretch upwards I feel what I think is a lig pop. It doesn’t make any noises, just more like something pulling or much like cracking your knuckles but with no sound.
Is this what a lig pop is?
I’ve been concentrating on stretches for the last 2-3 months (30second stretches in all directions * 5 sets) and I haven’t seen any gains in erect length. Am I doing something wrong?
