Ligs are NEVER sore

Hi friends!

Need some advice about stretching and ligs. I’ve been PE’ing since April and have recently been focusing more on stretching as I want to get more length before strengthening my tunica too much. I’ve been stretching - I’m uncut so I use the toilet paper wrap technique to make it easier to grip- but my ligs are never ever sore!

I’m not sure if being uncut makes it more difficult to grip and fully be pulling with pressure on the ligs or not?

So friends, what are the best ways to ensure I’m doing this correctly so I can feel slight soreness and fatigue in my ligs?

For an FYI, I do the straight down and to the left, right, and up stretches and also sometimes BTC. Sometimes with BTC I feel maybe the stretching feeling is the skin since it’s such a sharp angle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I never felt any ligament soreness. In my opinion it’s not a requisite for growth.

I don’t always feel my ligaments. Other times I might feel they are a little sensitive. I understand that you want to “feel” that you worked them, but don’t go after the wrong things. I will only lead to an injury. Just do your routine, and check your PI’s. The gains will come.

Hanging BTC is the best way to target ligs. Skin stretch is probable during the first month or so. I hang BTC and SD and I still don’t get soar ligs often, but still have gains. But most of my gains I attribute to the painful and much less comfortable BTC. I use a BIB hanger.

Also don’t flare your legs out. Close them shut while hanging BTC. This will put a lot more pressure on your ligs at the same weight your using.

Thanks for the advice guys! I will definitely try to focus more on BTC, Deepwrath. I haven’t really thought about hanging due to privacy issues but perhaps I could figure something out. Also is it hard to hang when you’re uncut as I am?

I can’t say if it’s harder or not being uncut as I’ve always been cut, but I’m positive uncut people hang as well. Regardless there is a bit of a learning curve to it, but for me it produces consistent gains without wearing out my hands grip or what not. Infact I’m hanging 13lb BTC right now but since I just hang and don’t have to focus I’m able to multi task and browse the internet, download movies, and do whatever it is I do on the computer right now while making my penis bigger! :)

Is there a particular way to hang? I should read the direct forums on hanging I know lol any extra advice would be helpful! Do you use a hanging device?

Mandingo stretch seems to stretch ligaments really well.

Is there a link to the mandingo stretch? Very curious as I’d love to finally be able to get a strong ligament stretch!

I use a BIB Starter Hanger for about 9months now. There are MANY things to learn about hanging. Wrapping, tow, preventing slippage, weight, where to place the hanger, skin stretch, positions, etc. Best way to learn is to buy one, get yourself a 1 or 2lb weight, and start out hanging BTC and continually educate yourself and learn.
