Light Band on top

I noticed that I have developed a lighter color band on top of my shaft like 1/2inch from base and it’s starting to get bigger. It’s not very big and I have been PEing for 1week now just wondering wtf this band could be from.

Hmmm, typically discoloration from PE is darkening of skin, not lightening. Perhaps the band you’re describing is just skin from around the base of penis being pulled up onto the shaft as you stretch?
