You should pick a day routine like 2-1 or 3-1 the days you PE and the days you rest you gotta know that you need to rest, that’s when your member is going to grow on the rest days, good luck and good gains, by the way the sort of pain you are experiencing might be good because with the breakage of tissue there is the reconstruction and there is the gain.

Hanging and feeling that something is actually happening only worked.
Even after almost 3 year break my gains started when I got up to 15-17.5 pounds and started feeling good fatigue again.
Why it is so hard to believe that I have never and probably will ever gain without feeling funny things on my dick?
People who aren’t like you are the majority, that’s the point. And this guy is not even speaking of hanging - newbies shouldn’t hang, this thread is in the newbie section. So, who’s spreading Evangel here?
Suggest ‘fatigue is a good thing’ to a newbie and you’ll likely have an injury. Beside that, doing too much will likely toughten your dick earlier, so for most of people it is not the best advice at all. If your penis requires more work, you can always compensate. If your penis requires less work, doing too much will raise risks of injury and will prevent optimal gains.
And don’t let me start with all the confusion that LOT, angles etc. puts in newbie minds. Most of them just are lost and don’t get gains because are always wondering about some mystical secret they aren’t able to get, where just pulling on their dick would likely give them gains - as gives to the majority of people who don’t think that much about things that don’t have any base in anatomy and physiology.
So I don’t think here mods are spreading their unbased opinion, they are speaking from a wiser and a better knowledge of the field.

Then I told you that no, I did not gain with other types of PE.
Then you say that you are not saying anything about me or my gains?
Where happened that you worked like I suggested? You signed before me and, by your own words, you became a follower of the Biblical Hanging before I was around.
I’m not saying anything about you and your gains : maybe you could gain more, maybe not. I have gained more than you and didn’t abide to the Hanging Evangel that you defend like a religion.
Biblical hanging.. that’s funny. My first gains were done with a homemade hanger and I didn’t even know about lot or bib that time etc.
You have gained more than me? Yes, your PE database shows that you have gained 0.085 more length than me and 0.350 less girth than me.
Talking about angles is confusing? These people here are adult men, I’m sure they are not confused if I say that stretching down affects different tissues than stretching up. I never talked about lot here.
I can tell my experiences here if I want. Newbies, don’t make same mistake that I did. If you don’t get anything from manuals in 3-6 months, then join us, the Biblical Evangel Hangers, join the dark side!
Yeah you gained at mid-shaft just through hanging. Another exception I suppose.
Doesn’t matter, just listen this : this thread is in the newbie section. Newbies shouldn’t hang. Fatigue is bad for newbies. Start a thread about that in the hanging section if you like, but stop hijacking this thread because you are not helping.

I don’t need to start thread on the hanging forum. The stickies are already saying that you should aim for fatigue.
Yes, I’m helping the guy who started this thread. I answered his questions with my own experiences. Just like you do.
I’m speaking basing on what happened to a lot of people who heard advices like yours. Let’s see this guy hear your advice and we’ll see him in the injury forum, as happened to others - what do you think you’d deserve?
And check your math: 0.337 per year is near 50% more than 0.228 per year. But maybe the Holy Hanger has changed arithmetic too who knows.
Yeah, I told him that aching that feels kinda good is not bad and pain is bad.
I have not hanged or even done PE from 2005 to 2012. If we calculate that way, my calculations say that my gain rate by year(when I hang in fatigue state) is about 0.8”. Problems?
But hey, I have now been hanging 8 months. First 2-3 months I was learning to use the hanger and slowly adding sets and weights. Then I changed angles and had to slowly build up the weights in new angles, that took about a month.
So I was hanging in fatigue state for about 4-5 months and I have gained 0.4” BPEL since then.
Why do you want or need to prove that you have more or faster gains than me? This seems not to be the case and now you can blame yourself for turning this thread off-topic.
I have hanged two months. Do your calcs now. It’s you that started this shit, right?
Is there any hope that you understand that this thread is not about hanging, that is in the newbie section, that newbies shouldn’t hang, that ‘fatigue’ for newbies is likely to lead to injuries, as experience has shown? Or you are too busy preaching your religion?
So? Are you now saying that hanging is the way to go? We seem to agree.
