Okay so Ive been doing a modified Newbie Routine with auto xleeves afterwards and I’ve gotten about half an inch in a little over a month. I’m in my second month now and today I was doing the routine and felt a pop and unusual movement on the left side of my buddy while doing a straight down stretch. Won’t lie it kind of freaked me out for a second. I really just want to know what Lig Pops mean. I hear that it could mean more growth to come or that you might be working a little to hard. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I started out 5.9 in length and now Im currently 6.5 Short term goal is a solid 7 inches and long term is 8x6. Anything over that to me is overkill.

Too much too fast? Don’t hurt yourself. A broken big dick is worth less than a working little one…

So lig popping means you are doing too much too fast?

I feel like I popped a ligament my first month or so in (been doing this longer than I’ve joined). I felt like I couldn’t get my dick up for a few days so I stopped. A few days later, everything was fine. I think it’s just a sign to chill out for a while.

I can only speak from my experience, I have had this happen a few times over the years and haven’t noticed an increase in growth as a result. It’s a little freaky but as far as I know harmless. I didn’t stop my routine or change anything and had no ill effects as a result of the pop. Have a search on the forum it’s been covered a few times I think.

Was this while jelqing? I have no answer for you sorry, but I´d like to know because I felt a similar thing while jelqing just recently.

Tendon pops are caused by shifting of a tendon and then it snapping back into place. It is usually harmless, but a sign that you might need to not move in that direction again. Air from joints is wholly harmless.

I actually read some Lig pop threads on here and have come to the conclusion that they are either harmless or beneficial for signs of moving in the right direction. I had the hardest erection in my entire life yesterday and no lig pops since the first one and Im actually doing more in my routine now with auto xleeve and 14 ounce weight after my routine. But to be fair I also body build four days a week and I take high amounts of protein, multi-vitamins, and 3000 mg of L-Arginine before I do my PE routine (not to talk of I just ordered BCAA amino acids). I wonder if this plays a role in my recovery and ability to go hard. I know PE is not a race and I am in it for the long hall.
