I saw something about this a while back but for the life of me couldn’t find it again.

I’ve been noticing during my new routine (changed to a lighter routine to maintain high PI’s) that I’m getting the lig deformation “feeling”. It’s like I can feel the lig stretching beyond it’s normal range. It doesn’t hurt unless I keep pulling harder. I find when it happens that I slacken off on pressure so that I stay just below the “pain” mark (which is pretty abrupt). I didn’t think much of it at first, as I don’t get any turtling after these stretches, but I decided I should search here and see whether it’s a good thing to be getting that deformation feeling or not.

Also, I’ve been noticing that I get this feeling every time I do manual stretches. This is a fairly new development as this just started since I started my new lighter routine. I used to do 10 - 30 sec stretches, but after the first set of stretches I would loose the feeling. If I do 5 - 1min stretches I get that feeling almost constantly through my routine (except for the up stretch, obviously).

Should I be trying for this feeling or this bad? I can do it with no pain and no negative PI’s.

Bhb, I would say that this is simply a sign that you are starting to learn how to do these exercises properly. Don’t overdo it!


That’s why I was curious on this. I have been overdoing it and I think that’s why I’ve hit a block. Hopefully I’m back on track now and back on the road to some gains.

Good PE is all about ‘feeling’ what is happening.

It is far better to coax growth out of your penis than try to bully it into growth.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
