Lig Attack (new exercise?)
I’ve just started with my PE doing mostly stretching & jelqing. I have I question about stretching the ligs. Is it safe to push down on the ligs like in V-Stretch? I’m afraid it might snap. I know it’s supposed to be very sturdy but I’m just too cautious. Has anybody been doing this kind of exercise? What’s the result? Is it safe to do during erect phase?
