Ok, I”m starting again. After 2 weeks of resting I just finished my routine.
I started PEing 2/24/08
My initial routine was
5 mins of dipping dick in HOt water
5 mins stretching
10 jelqing
Hot shower
THe problem was after about a month I increased my routine to this
5 mins hot water dipping
20 mins RIGOROUS strethcing
20 mins Jelqing with HARD ok Grip
Hot shower
And my EQ has greatly decreased.
I haven’t gotten back my good EQ yet but I think it’s because my lack of sleep for the past 2 weeks ( it was mid-term period) I basically slept 3 hours a day But now the busy period has passed I can get more sleep now.
Therefore, I have this STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN ATTITUDE
Here is my SAOAA routine
5 mins hot water
5 mins Stretching (I pull it very light just to feel my dick stretched)
10 mins jelqing ( Grip is pretty light but not too light)
Hot shower.
