Lichen Nitidus

Has anyone here heard of Lichen Nitidus?

Apparently I have it. It just looks like a lot of little flesh colored bumps in the pubic hair at the base of my penis.

At first I thought I caught some terrible STD or genital warts or something, so I cried for a while and then went and saw the doctor. He told me that I did not have an STD, but rather a benign, non-contagious skin condition called Lichen Nitidus. There is no “cure” but the condition usually runs its course and goes away within a few months.

Has anyone experienced Lichen Nitidus or anything similar? It is rather unsightly from up close, but hard to notice unless you are really looking close.
