Libido - or lack thereof.
The title says it all really - For some reason, I just haven’t felt that horny for the last couple of years It seems. I can take or leave sex or masturbation, and even when I do masturbate, the erection level drops of fairly quickly If I’m not careful, which of course Is hindering me getting started in PE.
So I already get plenty sleep, good diet, and I’m due a week off in weight training in about 1 week or so (possible low libido a sign of over training? ) But can any one else think of factors that may help me? Are there any natural libido boosters?
