The title says it all really - For some reason, I just haven’t felt that horny for the last couple of years It seems. I can take or leave sex or masturbation, and even when I do masturbate, the erection level drops of fairly quickly If I’m not careful, which of course Is hindering me getting started in PE.

So I already get plenty sleep, good diet, and I’m due a week off in weight training in about 1 week or so (possible low libido a sign of over training? ) But can any one else think of factors that may help me? Are there any natural libido boosters?

I have never witnessed overtraining in the gym to cause low Libido in myself. As a matter of fact, heavy weight lifting promotes elevated testerone levels, so your libido should go up.

I hit 80% of the symtoms and it looks like my doc is going to put me on some Testerone gel for hormone replacement. Looking forward to getting the old (horn dog) ME back!

I agree with Fitman. If this has been going for some years then maybe seeing the doctor might be a good idea. Heavy weightlifting (dead lifts and squats especially) and competitive sports should aid hormone levels; edging might also help.

I have watched loads of porn - so I’m not watching any for a while to see if this sorts it. I just can’t believe my general disinterest in sex for a while - I used to be up for it 24/7, my ex used to joke about it!
I love women and sex, but once I actually have sex, I worry about keeping the erection (which doesn’t help) but I miss waking up with the raging horn, and having to do something about it!

I’ve got blood tests next week, so I’ll see what comes back, but any more suggestions are welcome!

While you are at the doctor having your testosterone checked have your thyroid checked as well, just in case. Hypothyroid can also cause low libido and ED. while you are at have your blood pressure and blood sugar checked.

I agree with the idea of low testosterone levels. I know that can kill libido. If your test levels are low, your doctor may be able to write you a script for hormone replacement.

Let me suggest you become acquainted with semen retention techniques to regain your power. Every time we ejaculate we lose a huge amount of power. Basically stop ejaculating but don’t stop sexual activity, I.e. Masturbate or fuck but don’t come. Then learn how to circulate the energy in order to avoid congestion of the prostate and testicles. Then if you practice honestly you can become a sex superman and fuck for hours or days. Also all the PE techniques will be more effective because they’ll build on top of the increased testosterone blood concentration and your penis will stay bigger, while if you ejaculate your penis will shrink in spite of the PE practice.
