Over Kegeled Situation

So I got a little excited with my kegel routine, that consisted of weighted kegels. After my routine and for the next day or two I could feel my pelvic muscle tight 24/7. Even when I would do my JAI stretches my super tight PC muscles limited my stretch. I could even feel them right when walking.

So I know I over did it. Okay, looks like I need to give the kegels a rest for at least 3 days and try to Reverse Kegel whenever I can (need to start doing these I barely do).

Well this morning I had sex with my girl and I definitely experienced a premature ejaculation situation. I’ve never been so quick to cum. In the last there’s been many times where I was so sensitive and it felt so good that I would have the urge to come quickly maybe after a minute or two, but even then I could stop for a few seconds, relax, and be able to start up again for a bit.

This time, there was almost zero control, and I was wanting ejaculate literally after like 6 strokes. After multiple times pulling out, and trying again it never went away.

So, kegels, I love you, but it’s time we part ways for a bit. You need a break!

Thank god I have a partner that is supportive of PE and I was able to explain to her the situation and she didn’t have an issue. (I also made sure she came multiple times with the tongue so she was good lol).

So now I have learned to be extra careful with the kegels. Oh, and that I really need to start reverse kegeling.

Well for the record we just had sex again and things were much better but definitely still is something I will take notes on and watch out for. I didn’t like that at all.

Reverse kegels are the most underrated exercise in PE. Do them all day every day, if you want.

I definitely agree. Gonna really try to do them more often.
