I started off with the normal newbie routine. My unit got pretty tender after one session, and it kind of freaked me out so I laid off for a bit. I’m thinking about going with the linear newbie routine instead, just to make sure I take things slow enough. I’m planning on modifying it a bit and throwing in the stretches right away. Any comments on that?

Also, I have a question for the vets out there: I understand that everybody is different so it’s going to be a rough estimate, but what are some reasonable short term goals? I’m starting off at 150 mm (5.9 in) BPEL and 135 mm (5.3 in) MS EG. I’m thinking a short term goal of 6.5 BPEL 5.5 MS EG. Eventually wanting to get up to 7.5 BPEL 6.0 MS EG. How do the goals sound? What is a reasonable time frame to expect, etc.? Finally, when should I begin to see gains? (I.e., I should increase the intensity of my exercise if I don’t see any gains by _____ weeks in)

I may need a little help staying motivated, so any tips, etc. Are very welcome.

Yeah man it is reasonable, use heat and keep this thread as a log don’t post 2-3 times then quit, if you are going to do something do it like a man, military style.

Also, use heat start the newbie routine like a massage for your Johnson, do fowfers (start with 20 minutes and work up to all day if you can, also you can use fowfers as worm up ). You don’t need luck.

I think 6.5” in length is a reasonable short term goal.

Well achievable inside of a year.

If you aren`t planning to be doing PE in a year, quit now and save yourself the learning curve of knowing which exercises work, and which one`s don`t.

I want 8 inches, and realise that will take time.

And heat is critical.
