Let's Talk about my routine.
I started again with this routine
I will do it for 2 months
I did some exercises in past ,Jelqing , Stretching ,Sadsak Slinky, but I didn’t gain any thing but just ugly veins
By the way I want to start again to end my job ..
Night before bed :
1-Warm up : I use a bottle with warm water for 10 minutes.
2-stretch : I stretch my penis to 4 directions ; front,right,left,down with 30 Second holds and do this for 3 times
Morning after bed:
2-Jelqing : 40 minutes wet Jelq.
I do Jelqs Softly , but I don’t know for a newbie routine I most feel pressure in penis’s head or not
Is this routine good for me .!
I think I can do some advanced exercises ..
Please give me suggestions to add some more exercises because I had a PE Experience
