Let the PE'ing begin.
I’ve been reading and learning. I think I’m ready to start the exercises. I picked up a ruler, fabric ruler and charged the batteries on the digital camera. I noticed may people mentioning that the regret not taken a before pic. It would also be a good idea to track the progress.
Before I get started, I have a couple of questions.
1. Is PE permanent or do you have to continue the exercises to keep the gains?
2. What are kegels? I can’t find this.
