Hello all.

First of all I would like to say that this is a great site and includes a wealth of excellent information for people like myself .

I am 29 years old , married 5 years with two young daughters (4 and 2). I have been concerned about the size of my penis all of my post pubescent life . I have had a couple of women tell me that I am small , although my Wife has not . We have an excellent sex life and I can satisfy her needs quite easily . I simply would like to be on the better side of average than the worse side .

I am 5’05” tall , 125lbs and physically fit . I exercise twice per week.(hockey in the winter and football in the summer) I have just recently started PE and really enjoy it . After my routine , my member feels as if it’s had a good workout , much like my body feels after a game , so I’m confident that it is working for me .

My initial measurements we’re :

FL 6.1/2” stretched
FL 4 1/8” relaxed
Fg 4”

BPEL 5 1/2”
EG 4 1/2”

My goal is 6” with a girth of maybe 5” flaccid and hopefully 6 1/2” to 7” BPEL with a 5” to 5 1/2” girth , but I’ll take what I get.

I am currently using the newbie routine with a little more stretching ( 7 min )and 200 to 250 slow wet jelqs 7 days per week . I will measure after a month to see if I’ve gained . I sure like the way it looks and feels right after a workout and if that is any indication of the gain I could expect then I am very impressed .

In my experience, the post-workout gains I experienced have become the natural state of my unit. Remember, all measurements are crucial to tracking your progress, including EL, BPEL, FL, FSL, & EG.


Going 7 days in a row may be a little much as your body needs time to heal. You may try a rest day or two in the week, remember overtraining is the biggest reason for no gains.

Hey RH! Welcome! You are correct sir this is an awesome site! Stubtoe makes a good point. I can’t do girth exercises on consecutive days or my penile condition gets worse. However, everyone is different so do what you have been doing and see how it works. If you see your condition worsening, the first thing I would do is incorporate some rest days during the week (2on/1off, 3on/1off, or whatever). Good luck to you. Let us know if you need any help. (instructional not functional because your wife would probably get pretty mad if you had strange men coming to your house pulling on your dick for you)

Thanks fellas . I think maybe I will take breaks once in a while , but probably when I simply don’t have time , like Sunday of this week and then again on Friday of next week . I am still going to do my routine as religiously as possible though . If I’m starting to feel too sore or something I know to take more time off . Sure is a good way to take up my time now that I’ve quit smoking .
