Less post-routine swelling
I have been having considerably less swelling after my girth routines. A month ago I was doing strictly ulis/squeezes and would have a lot of swelling afterwards. I have now moved to clamping and am much less swollen after my aprox hour routine.
Does this mean I need to work harder?
Maybe you generally get less swelling from clamping?
Maybe my tissues are just getting used to it?
