I have been having considerably less swelling after my girth routines. A month ago I was doing strictly ulis/squeezes and would have a lot of swelling afterwards. I have now moved to clamping and am much less swollen after my aprox hour routine.

Does this mean I need to work harder?
Maybe you generally get less swelling from clamping?
Maybe my tissues are just getting used to it?

Maybe. Maybe and Maybe. Or maybe you’re over doing it? That’s also possible. You have to watch you PIs closely and decide for yourself what action needs to be taken. Just make sure you don’t make any drastic changes suddenly. If you’ve started clamping, I hope you haven’t jumped right into multiple sets of long duration.
