Less is more?

I red somewhere here from an experienced pe’er (think it was kingpole) that for girth training, rest between sessions is very important.
So, my new girth only program looks like this: Mon, Wen, Fri: Warmup, 15 mins of Clamping, 5 mins of jelqing….and thats it, just 3 days of PE and just 20 min a day.

What do you guys thinks?

I recommend 2 days on 1 day off.

I know that less often is more when it comes to building muscle. Those guys spending 2 hrs in the gym every day doing hundreds of repetitions does not get as good results as the ones who goes 3-4 days a week, spends 40 minutes and trains one or two muscle groups a day.

Muscle tissue and the stuff the penis is made of is not the same, but the principle should be the same, right? You cause small tears and some damage when you train, and then when you rest and the body repairs it self, thats when you actually grow.

The truth is no one really knows exactly how PE works (most medical professionals will tell you it does not work at all) but different people seem to get different results with different methods.

All I can suggest for you is perhaps mix it up a little. With weight training the body responds the best when the exercises that are being performed are changed every few weeks. The same muscles are being targeted but in slightly different ways. This seems to have a big impact.

For the love of god, DO KEGELS! They will increase your EQ and maximise your girth.

Based on an injury (fairly minor, but set me back) while starting a girth routine, I would recommend taking it very slow. Two days on, two days off maybe. There is a lot of talk here about discoloration. I read all of it and promised myself that wouldn’t happen to me. I was doing great and hit my length goal without any discoloration. Then I started girth work, overdid it, and now I’ve gotten a shade darker on the region between my circumcision line and base. I’m hoping it will fade with rest and my wife is too!

Just keep in mind that discoloration is almost guaranteed if you overdo it and may still happen anyway.

January 2010: BPEL 14.5 cm / 5.7" EG 11.5 cm / 4.5"

Goal: BPEL 19 cm / 7,5" EG ~15 cm. / 6"

Well as I said in that post, everyone’s different, so what works for me might not work for you but here’s my routine anywayz:

5 minute heatsack hotwrapt warmup before each session of wearing an ADS (currently with a noose that I’m waiting to replace with the VacExtender) for a total of: 2 to 4 hours at maximum tension, 5 days on, 2 days off. On top of that I do:

A heatsack warmup before 10 - 20 minutes wet (oil) jelqing 2 days on 1 day off and
2 sets of 3 minute clamping with cable clamps (conditioning - I plan to slowly (SLOWLY!) increase this) 1 day on 2 days off
20 minutes of 5 second maximum force kegels daily followed by
20 minutes of maximum duration kegels

I should mention that at my current experience clamping is strongly not recommended - so I’m taking it extremely slowly and carefully :)
I cannot attribtue enough of my success to kegels. Doing them at a level of intensity that I have been doing them gives amazing results!

I’ve only been donig fowfers for the past two days, so they’re not reflected in my gains lol :D

Actually, I have never experienced the importance of taking days off for gaining gains as everyone is talking about. The only reason I take 1-2 days off in the week is to make sure I do not injure myself. I feel that this was more important when I did the stretch/jelq rather than for clamping. But most important is probably that you listen to your own penis to find out how it reacts.
