Less is more the other side of the question
My question isnt so about the less is more..
It more about the fact of resistance
If you jelq/stretch to much to early.. Will it make it harder for your dick to grow?
I’m a newbie whose gone on and off because of low results.and I just wanted some questions cleared before I feel like, beginning so I can continue for a long time.
Example of my workout (similar to newbie workout)
5 mins warm up bowl.. (Heat up water in a bowl and stick my thingy in it)
5 mins stretching (I wanna stretch more because I need length but should I wait a while?)
10 mins Jelq
5 mins warm up bowl
Please tell me anything I might need to know.
