Less is more and some observations.

It seems to me that whenever I up my jelq session, I see negative PIs by the next day. Does this mean that less is more for me? I also notice that diet plays a big part on EQ, so I’ll be tweaking that too. Other than that, masturbating tends to decrease EQ as well. Anybody agree with me?

I definitely think you are going down the right road. It’s all about fine tuning your routine to your own personal physiology. If you do search - you will probably find that the “less is more” crowd has been successfully gaining. From what you described, you are probably one of those people that would benefit from a lighter routine.

My dick is jelq sensitive as well dude. I’ve been experimenting with stretching after jelqing and so far it’s been better. Try it.

I cannot believe that I hit 7 just a while ago, and now I’m back to 6-6.5 …. I’m very frustrated at it actually. I almost can’t believe that a reduced and proper diet as well as abstaining from sexual acts affects gains substantially.

When I do everything right… my dick can seem to hit 7x6(I only started 4 months ago, so was very happy to see that)… but it hasn’t been cemented yet.

Negative PIs that I get usually involve a darker, smaller penis. It’s obvious that blood flow is much less than before the session. I suspect that I may be squeezing too tight. There is a definite difference between a healthy penis with positive PIs from one with negative PIs.

It is better to start of with lessened routine and build up to hit the right spot for PE gains. If you are over doing it, you will just be wasting your time, beating up your penis, and might even get losses. Do a search for less is more threads as well.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Recognizing those differences, and adjusting your routine on the basis of those differences, is a very useful thing in PE.

PIs are very common sensical in general, it’s the fact that other factors also play a difference. Diet, exercise, pre-existing conditions, psychology that need to be observed as well.

I find that when I smoke up a bud, my dick goes from being a grower to being a shower, therefore anxiety must play a part in positive genitalia blood flow.
