Hey fellas,

I’m new to this forum stuff but I thought it’d be cool to get on here to share my progress and share my knowledge with all you guys. I’ve been PEing for a year n and a half and from what I’ve learned over that time is that less is best fellas. I just got back into PEing 2 months ago after not being on it consistently like I should for awhile and then I just stopped all together. Yeah sadly I was one of those impatient guys who thought it would happen I two weeks then it didn’t and I gave up anyway. Since I’ve been back on it I’ve gained 1\4 of an inch in girth and 1\4 of inch in length just from jelqing 20 minutes every other day in one month in so hype right now because I know ill be reaching my goal very soon with this simple routine and my personal PE Stack!;

Hey man, great motivational post. Have you always jelqed consistently at 20 minutes or has there been an increase over time?

Thanks man, I actually just started the 20 minute routine 2 months ago. When I first started PE I used to just jelq for like 200-300 strokes a night and that’s it. Still made gains though!

If you are jelqing at the correct speed, 200-300 strokes is about 20 minutes. Anyway, please don’t make comments about what absolutely works best based off your personal experience. I’m glad it worked so well for you, but others might need something else. I have made significantly faster gains hanging, but I hang for 3 hours a day with no days off. This works for me, but I’m not gonna tell everyone on this forum you gotta do that much work to grow.

I’m not trying to be a prick, I have just seen like two or three posts in a row about this from you, and I don’t think it’s appropriate to phrase it in absolute terms. Sorry if I’m offending you.

Your not offending me its ok man your right. I shouldn’t say that its best but I’ve always done around 200 300 strokes(20 minutes) even when I first started and made pretty good gains. I know that everyone is different but I just always thought it made sense to do very short intense workouts because your penis is nothing like other muscles in your body. I’m not trying to say I know it all or I know best because I don’t I’m still learning I just wanted to share a simple routine to some newbies to help them grow. You may think its too much for a newbie but its really not as long as your not gripping too tight and warm down.

I certainly don’t think it is too much for a newbie, just not significantly less work than the newbie routine prescribes, with some grip control and moderation everything should be fine whichever option someone chooses. And jelqs are a solid, anecdotally proven exercise. Glad it’s working for you. Keep up the good work!

Rootsnatty In another thread I gave this same routine to a newbie and you said that it was quite a bit for the newbie and needs to be built up to. It’s cool though I m just hope everyone gets the same results I did.

BPtony yea it’s not time consuming but it’s pretty effective. Just make sure you focus on good quality slow jelqs around 3 seconds each stroke.

To clarify, I think it is quite a bit for a newbie, but not too much. And I do think there should probably be some working up to it - hence the grip control and moderation I spoke of. A newbie could probably jump straight into it full speed ahead, however, if they are resting every other day as you recommend.

I doing my routine based on that philosophy,I only do 50 jelqs(7-9 secs stroke),and it works great to my EQ !


I'm just a useless guy trying to improve himself.

For me, right now, less is best. If i do more i have lower EQ, affecting my size.
