I think youre overtrained


I'm just a useless guy trying to improve himself.

Use other people’s routines, reps/time and on/off days as a guide but ultimately listen to your own penis. Take some rest days until you feel 100%.

I started experiencing the same things when I tried clamping but tried to keep going. I ended up needing a 3 week break before my EQ returned.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Yes, you are probably overtrained and need some rest!
You know, when doin more intense sessions, rest is needed more often so EQ is following along the schedule.. if not! Your erections get weaker and your penis looks and react strange and screaming for rest becouse it’s overtrained.

So back off and next time and don’t beat the shit out of your fella and feed it with pleasureble PE so it reacts in a positive way.
